Our team is led by Claudine Vainrub, principal of EduPlan. Claudine holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is also certified seven times in career and education, including being a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW), a Certified Personal Branding Strategist (CPBS), a UCLA Certified College Admissions Counselor (exp. June 2009) and a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), among other certifications received.
Claudine’s expert opinions have been featured on The Wall Street Journal, CNN en Espanol, CareerBuilder, and many other renowned international media. She is recognized for her knowledge and high ethical standards in providing career consulting services for over 10 years. She is known for her ability to inspire and empower others into achieving career and academic goals. She conducted admissions interviews for over 10 years for her alma mater, the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Vainrub also holds a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She speaks four languages, and has advanced composition skills in English and Spanish.
Vainrub comes from the corporate world, where she attained senior management positions, such as Executive Vice President for Grupo Frigilux, an international manufacturing corporation with over 1,500 employees. Her career includes 15+ years of leading experience in Human Resources, Marketing Management, Research, Analysis and Strategic Planning, for companies such as General Motors Corp., Shiseido and Digital Equipment Corp.
Ms. Vainrub is regarded as a team facilitator and motivator, orchestrating a group to help it achieve its goal, while inspiring others to participate and be successful team members.As an innovator and entrepreneur, she founded EduPlan, LLC, a business dedicated to career and educational consulting since 2004. Her ability on project management and execution has enabled her company’s quick growth in revenues and service offerings.For ten years, Vainrub has been an interviewer for the Ross School of Business MBA admissions department, where she remains an active member. For two years, Ms. Vainrub became Representative for Region 3 (13 States from Florida up to Michigan) of the prestigious National Résumé Writers’ Association.
Due to her excellent public speaking skills in English and Spanish, Ms. Vainrub has been invited to conduct career consulting seminars and speaking engagements, motivating others with her enthusiasm and desire to succeed. Ms. Vainrub is a collaborator, regarded as always accessible and genuine in managing others.
